Frequently asked questions
Ordering, COAs, research-use policy, and how inquiries work. Don't see your question? Reach out any time.
What does “research use only” (RUO) mean?
All products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not for human or animal consumption, ingestion, diagnostic, therapeutic, or any in-vivo use. By ordering, you confirm you are a qualified buyer using the material for research purposes.
How does ordering work?
There is no online checkout. You add compounds to an inquiry list and submit it with your contact details. We receive it instantly, confirm availability, share your COA, and arrange payment and shipping directly. Nothing is charged on the website.
Is anything charged when I submit an inquiry?
No. An inquiry is not a purchase and no payment is taken on this site. Any total shown is an estimate only. Our team contacts you to confirm details and arrange payment.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Yes — and you don't have to ask. Every certificate is published in full on our COA page, so you can read the actual lab document for a compound before you inquire. A copy also goes out with the order.
Are your products tested?
Yes, by an independent laboratory — Accurate Test Labs, operating under ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Material is tested for identity and purity by RP-HPLC, and we publish the resulting certificates rather than summarizing them. We prefer to state a specification rather than imply one.
Where are you based and where do you ship?
Fine Bio Labs is a USA-based research supply company. Shipping details are confirmed at the time we follow up on your inquiry.
Can you advise on reconstitution or usage?
We provide descriptive, technical product information only. We do not provide dosing, usage, or any guidance for in-vivo use. Handling is the responsibility of the qualified researcher.
